Sometimes it’s hard to find good cross country moving companies as you always have to worry about your things and how good the company really is. If you are looking to move anytime soon and you are moving a great distance you should make sure to find reviews on the companies you are considering.

The internet is the best place to find information and sometimes you find more then you thought you would. Recently I looked up moving companies for a friend and found that many sites have very helpful reviews. So before you decide on a company take a Savey Spender tip and research.

Today I was talking with a friend of mine who has just gotten engaged, now I love this friend, but just after telling me she was engaged she started complaining about her ring. She’s a drama queen and I say that in the nicest way. She has always wanted the most expensive, most dazzling and most high end items. Her ring was a hand me down from his grandmother and she hates it.

Now unless you have one of the many good jobs in finance or you happened to hit the lottery chances are that you too will have sub par items. Of course they are only sub par if you think they are. Me, I would love a hand me down ring or any piece of jewelry for that matter. They mean something and are important to the people giving it to you.

Today I want you to think about what you have that someone you know could use and give it to them, remember what you give is what you will receive.

Eventually fall will be here and with it will come cooler weather, the air will get crisp, the leaves will turn colors and start to fall from the trees. Even though fall is still a few months away now is the time to start thinking about fall and winter clothing as summer will be over before we know it. I spent a good amount of time on this site yesterday and am very impressed with the ease of use. Have you ever known someone who defies everything you thought you knew. I know a few people like that and though I don’t know the women who runs craftyGAgal, an etsy store, I have read though my friend Connie at My Chronic Life that she is an amazing person who has over come many problems. Since I don’t know her myself I will direct you to Connie’s blog to learn more about craftyGAgal also known as Meredith.

Her store on the other hand I can talk about. I clicked the link on Connie’s blog expecting to find some decent stuff to check out and was rewarded with some of the best handmade jewelry I have ever seen. She works mostly with stained glass creating some very beautiful jewelry. She also works with hemp, beads and crochets. This is one store that you will want to check out if your looking for a unique gift for someone. Meredith also does custom orders so you can check that out as well, just in case you cant find something that works for you.

Besides making jewelry and crafts Meredith also runs a very cool blog that I’m now a subscriber of, called craftyGAgal’s Southern Handmade Gifts. I have to say after reading her post on how much she loves her etsy shop I think I may have the inclination to start my own.

If your like many Americans you have spent a lot of time and money one diet products. Things like diet shakes, fat burners and nutritional foods that are a huge business. Some of these work and some don’t, but people still are buying these items.

If you must have one or a few of these diet products follow a few tips to get the best prices:

One is to shop around. Different places offer different things. One store may have a sale one week, but the next another store has a better deal. If you buy often take a look at the prices at a few stores, call so you don’t waste money driving.

Another tip I learned is to contact the company directly. Ask if they have a coupon they could send you so that you can try their product, many companies will do something just to get your business.

The last tip I have is to really look at what you are buying, do you need that supplement or can you get it in another cheaper way. Don’t waste money you don’t have to.

Do you have a child that goes though video games like crazy? Do you spend over $200 a month on video games for them, or do they spend that much. Most video gamers beat the game and never play it again. With the increase in software development and games going in and out of style you or your child should check out renting games. You can rent them from your local video store or you could check out an online video game rental company that will allow you to keep the games as long as you want. Handy if your always spending money on games.
