I decided to stop and get a large drink from McDonald’s today since they are now only $1 and I remembered I had a coupon for a FREE southern style chicken sandwich. (you should keep an eye out for these) So I got my drink and the sandwich and ate just the chicken. I was hungry but had already had my snack so I had to watch my carbs. I have to say I was impressed with this chicken. It was very juicy and very well seasoned.

As I was driving down the road I had a thought, this chicken would be great in a salad or a wrap. Maybe someone from McDonald’s will read this and think about it. I can wish.
