A few days ago my car decided it didn’t like me anymore and the transmission exploded all over a gas station parking lot. Apparently the person I bought the car from used electrical tape and a boot to fix something. Now I have decided that I will need to buy a new car as fixing the current one is not an option. The car is not worth what I would spend on it.

Now I find that I’m looking into the cost of a new car. Not just buying one and paying for the car itself but also looking at insurance cost and seeing what some of the cars I like would cost to insure. Lets say so far I’m not too happy with the results, I’m guessing even if I typed in cheap auto insurance in NJ I would still get the same rates. I know I don’t live in NJ, but my point is insurance rates are going up and it seems that no matter where you look it’s hard to get good cheap insurance for your car.

I recently checked out cheap-autoinsurance.com and found a few different insurance companies to check out. I have looked at all the main ones in my car search and though I still think my current one is where I will end up a few may just make me move over depending on the car I get. The site gave me another site where I can compare insurance rates for many companies in one spot and I found that helpful also. I think I will keep up my search for a new car and insurance though as it will be a while before I can even think about affording a new car.
