I love when you can save some money and help the environment all at the same time. That is why I jumped at the chance to check out a Jet Soda Stream. Now if you have no idea what this item is let me tell you a little about it. The soda stream allows you to make your own soda at home. They have many flavors and since you are reusing the same bottle over and over again you keep more waste out of landfills.

The soda stream is very easy to use. The day I got it we arrived home late and it was around 12am, my brother and I decided that we were going to try it out right then so after reading the directions and setting things up we were making soda at 12:30 in the morning!

The carbonation containers actually last a long time and I was impressed at the selection of soda syrup available. They have diet, all natural and regular soda syrup along with flavored water and even tea. Also I have gotten a lot of things in the mail for deals on new carbonation containers and other cool stuff.

If your a family that spends allot of money on soda this just may be the answer for you. One bottle from the soda stream only cost you about $.25 that is a lot considering a 2 liter cost around a $1.50 now.

I do really love my  Soda Stream and even when the carbonation container runs out you can still use the bottles for water and other things for when you travel so it\’s still a very good investment.
