100 Days of Christmas Gifts: Cookies

Now I’m not saying you have to bake them yourself, but you could if you want to and I’m sure they would be really good. If you don’t want to take that chance you may want to start hunting for cookies in your local store or you can perfect one recipe and share the cookies with friends.

It’s called a cookie exchange and all you have to do is put together a party where you each make a dozen cookies per guest so if you have 10 people you make 10 dozen cookies. Now make sure to count yourself as at the party you actually pick out and try the cookies that others made. Now if you don’t want to gain 20 pounds you can just all agree to make one cookie extra and you all can split it, depending on the size of the cookie of course.

I love cookie parties because you don’t spend a ton of money trying to buy ingredients for 12 types of cookies and most everyone loves cookies for gifts. Really why do you think the girl scouts do so well? They sell a bunch of cookies!

100 Days of Christmas: Funkoos Organic Clothing for Babies

I know a lot of people who are always buying organic and that is what they want for christmas gifts. It may be baby clothingfor them or their children. If you know a new mom and dad who are organic buyers you may want to look into organic baby clothes as gifts for their children.

I have a friend who just had a baby and I’m takeing a look at the Sandman Sleep Gown and the funky monkey long sleeve bodysuit. They both will keep her son very warm this winter and that is a big deal. I also have a another friend who’s child can still wear some of Funkoos clothing so I’m checking out the born to shop tee shirt that they have. It’s cute and it fits her mom’s love to shop perfectly.

I love orgainic for kids and babies because you don’t have to worry about all of the chemicals that are in other clothing. It’s healthy for your kids and you can feel good about buying it.

100 Days of Christmas Gifts: Replica Watches

This post is sponsored by Perfect Watches. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

watchesI know many people think that because it’s a replica it’s not as good as the original, but these days with more and more people watching what they spend replica’s are really becoming a good buy. Take replica watches, replica rolex watches and anything replica for that matter, they look like the original and at a much less price they are a great deal.

Sometimes it’s better to buy a replica as a gift, if your buying for someone young and active it’s not horrible if they break the watch. If your buying for a kid again they can act like a kid and not worry about ruining a great gift. Sometimes even adults would rather have a cheaper item to wear on a daily basis so that they don’t have to worry about losing, breaking or wear and tear on the item.

100 Days Of Christmas Gifts: Replica Handbags

This post is brought to you buy: Replica Vision

black bagSometimes buying the real thing is just not going to work. This year I’m sure this is the case for everyone as no one has any money, but you want to buy that really great gift for someone. Well if your looking for cute, stylish handbags you can always check out the replica handbags at Replica Vision.

They have style, class and look very close to the original thing. Personally I have never bought an expensive bag, but that is because I have nieces and a nephew and am always around my god son, could you just imagine what would happen to an expensive handbag! This is why I think a replica would make a great gift for someone, you don’t have to worry as much about it and you still get the style your looking for at a price that affordable.

100 Days of Christmas: Tropical Traditions Skin Exfoliator

lavender exfoliatorDo you have dry skin? I do and I am always looking for things that will help my dry flaky skin.  When I received skin exfoliator from Tropical Traditions I was hoping that it would work and give me nice moisturized skin. I tried it out twice before sitting down to write this review and I am really very happy with it. I would recommend that you use your body wash after using the defoliator as it can leave a bit of an oily feeling, but when I used body wash the second time it took off the oily feeling but kept the moisture.

The exfoliator actually reminded me of one I tried a few years ago that cost me $75. I think I would prefer spending the $16.95 for the Tropical Traditions one as I got a little more for my money and it cost so much less. Now it does come in different scents: Lavender, Unscented and Citrus. I got the Lavender as I like to use exfoliators before going to bed and lavender is a relaxing scent. I really enjoy using this product and I would suggest you check it out if you or someone you know has dry skin. It really would make a great gift.

100 Days Of Christmas Gifts: Girl Gourmet Cake Bakery

Girl Gourmet Cake BakeryCakes and cake making are very hot right now and what little girl wouldn’t love to be able to make her own cakes! Well now she can with the Girl Gourmet Cake Bakery. Now I am adding this gift to my gift guide because well, we were thinking of getting it for my 21 year old sister as a joke gift. She wants to go to school to learn how to make cakes and we thought this would be a very amusing, but still somewhat useful gift.

This gift is for girls 8 and up but I think if there is parental involvement you could probably get it for a 6 or 7 year old and they would still love it. Really who doesn’t love cake?

Keep Your Holidays Clean and Bright With Dirt Devil

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Hoover and Dirt Devil. All opinions are 100% mine.

Blog_coverI know a few people who would love nothing more then to keep all of the holiday mess out of their homes. These are the people who need a gift that will help them clean up the mess and if you know someone like that you need to check out the Dirt Devil Holiday Gift Guide. An adobe download that will give you ideas for the perfect gift for your neat freak.

Now if you don’t have a neat freak the Dirt Devil gift guide will still be a huge help to you. They have a huge list of sites where you can find anything from jewelry to nutrition to pet supplies all in one very handy download. I actually found a great gift for my aunt, but since I’m short on cash I’m sending the gift guide to my sister so that she can check it out and let me know what she thinks. I’m thinking we can go in on the gift together.

Another awesome thing about this guide is that you will find many deals, like free shipping. Always a plus when ordering something online. Also they show you a great promo trick: Take any promo code you have and put it into Google with and without quotation marks. When you do this you search for that code and most of the time you can find other codes you may like better.

I have actually found a few sites that I’m bookmarking because their products look very cool or I know someone who would love their stuff. The fun part about christmas is that you can shop and shop and shop and still find things that you want to get someone you already got 20 things for!

100 Days Of Christmas Gifts: Tropical Traditions Lip Moisturizer

chap stickMy lips are always chapped and that is why I think lip moisturizer is a great stocking stuffer and gift for the holidays. It’s winter, it’s cold and the air is dry so everyone could use this.

I received a lip moisturizer from tropical traditions to review and so far I am loving it! The day I got it I had just gotten over being sick and as always my lips were very, very dry and cracked. I put this on and within about 5 minutes or so my lips were moisturized. I also found out that this lip moisturizer stands up to a washing as yesterday I put it though both the wash and dryer and it was still a solid stick. I was thrilled and I’m still using it today.

I tried the cinnamon peppermint flavor, but they have others if your not into those spices. They have orange cinnamon, tea tree oil and unscented if you prefer to not have a scent. Because they come in so many different scents you could actually get a few of them and have them as a nice sized gift for someone at the office or a child. I would like to see them expand on the scents available but that’s just me I like a large selection!

100 Days of Christmas Gifts: Chocolate A Love Story

chocolate a love storyWho does not love chocolate? Okay I know there are a few people but I am not one of them. That was why I was so happy to receive a copy of Chocolate A Love Story by Max Brenner to review. Now since I’m diabetic I did have some help from my family when doing the review as I could only eat a small amount of what was made.

Overall everyone loved the recipes we did try and we have a few planned for the upcomming holiday. The recipes are fun and put together in a way that makes you want to try them. The book itself is full of great art that does complement the recipes. The only downside to this book is that there are no actual pictures of the food, but it’s more of a personal preference and once I got use to the idea I was fine with it.

This is a book I would go out and buy for my friends and family. It’s just handy to have around when you want to make something different and fun. Think bake sales, potlucks and parties when you look at this book and you will realize that you actually will use these recipes a lot.

We have tried only a few of the recipes so far my favorite is A Therapeutic Chocolate Pot Pie. It’s creamy yummy goodness. I would have had a picture for you, but everyone ate it too quickly! I’m thinking I may make it again for Christmas. Yes it was that good.

100 Days of Christmas Gifts: Yamaha PDX 60

Do you have an ipod or iphone? Well if you do or you know someone who does you may want to check out the Yamaha PDX-60 a device that allows you to listen to your ipod wireless and without delay in sound.

EV_pdx60piThe PDX 60 comes in 4 different finish options so that you can match it with your ipod or iphone and is really cool because you don’t have to worry about wires and walking across the room to change a song. This means you can carry your ipod with you while you clean, talk to guest at a party or you can have it with you when cuddling with your sweetie on the sofa. My first thought on the benefits of this is you can change the song to fit the mood of the room or to get people dancing at a party.

Another cool think about this speaker dock is that it can also charge your ipod and iphone. Now what if you have both? Well, the PDX 60 can charge 2 devices at a time so you don’t have to worry about it. That means you can charge your iphone while your son or daughter charges their ipod. Not a bad gift idea if you ask me.

I lhp mouseove getting anything for my computer for christmas. This is one of those items that I myself would like to get. Currently I have a wired mouse for my laptop and would love to get a wireless one. I just don’t see the need to run out and buy it myself, since I have a mouse that does work.
