I finally got my laptop this week and I was going to do a review the next day but I decided that I wanted to use it for a few days before I decided how I liked it. I have to say though I am very impressed. I bought mine though circuit city online. I choose to pick it up in store and it was ready when I got there. I even got a coupon for 10% off an accessory, I choose to get a laptop bag. I will be reviewing that later when it actually gets some use. It’s a very cool bag.
On to the laptop, it’s an hp entertainment laptop with a 15.4 monitor and some other nice features I’ll talk about later on. I have to say it was very easy to set up and looks great. It has a built in web cam with programs installed to use it, I still have to figure out how to get it to work with my programs, but I have got it working with the programs on the computer. It also has a built in microphone that works very well. I was surprised. I thought about doing this as a video post, but decided against it.
So far the laptop runs well, the battery last anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on what your doing. I have been able to watch a movie and a tv show as long as I turn off the wireless and shut down the internet. I may end up getting another battery, just because I travel a lot. I also have not had any problems with it running slow, it’s actually quite fast, that may have to do with the 3 gigs of RAM is has.
It also comes with a light scribe DVD burner, I have not been able to use that yet, as I can’t afford the cd’s or dvd’s right now, but I have used this before and liked it. The only problem i have had so far is getting use to the keyboard and my drastic need for a mouse, which I went out and bought the day after I got the laptop. It’s just easier that way. Over all I would have to say I’m very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a computer for themselves or a collage student. You can find these computers at any electronics store or of course Walmart.com

I love oatmeal, mostly because it’s easy to make and has many different flavors. A few months ago after watching the biggest loser I decided to try new oatmeal from Quaker that was suppose to help control weight. Pretty much it had more fiber in it. Always a good thing, but I really didn’t like the flavors.
Last week I finally got to a store besides Walmart, I ended up at Kroger and was introduced to their Active Lifestyle Oatmeal this is a store brand so it’s not as expensive as the Quaker, but still is a very good oatmeal. They have many different flavors, but the ones I picked up were an almond cranberry, maple and walnut and an apple raisin and pecan mix. Now those I can deal with, I love fruit in fact the only problem I have so far with the active oatmeal is that they didn’t have a blueberry mix. I love blueberry’s in oat meal.
Okay on to what it taste like, well honestly it’s not bad, but don’t be expecting yummy good stuff, It’s a healthier food and even though it taste good it’s not going to taste like regular oat meal. That said if you have tried the Quaker brand and liked it, then you will be fine with this brand. As I said before I liked the different flavors and fruit in this oatmeal. The addition of nuts is very nice as it gives you a crunch and that extra health kick.
If your on a low carb diet this would work well for you, it has a ton of fiber the two I have eaten so far have had between 5-7grams and each pack is just under 30 carbs. Overall I have to say this oatmeal is a great way to fill up and fuel up in the morning.

I love chex mix and I love dark chocolate so I figured this had to be a good combination. I was not disappointed. This mix had an assorted variety of dark chocolate covered chex, pretzels and candy. It also had chocolate cookies and white chocolate covered chex. I’m guessing just for a twist. The best part about it is that it does not have many carbs per serving. 30 carbs per cup which is what my meal plan says I can have for a snack. I believe it even has a points value of 2 per serving 2/3 of a cup for weight watches. Check this though as my little brother ate the rest of it and threw away the package!
I was very happy with how this tasted and it is a great treat for anyone looking for something sweet and a little healthier then some other types of snack food.

Recently I bought the Sims 2 Kitchen and Bath Interior design
. Being an interior design student myself I love this idea. Unfortunately like many of the Sims 2 Expansion packs
I was somewhat disappointed as yes it had a lot of stuff, but nothing really that amazing. Maybe I just expected more.
They did have a lot of cool stuff to add to your kitchen though so I did have fun with that. It also gives you some new clothes to get and I really like the nice fluffy bathrobes you can adorn your Sims with. So all in all I am happy with it, I just wish there was something more. I think I would love to see them come out with a lighting pack. That I know won’t happen as after buying this expansion pack I found out that they are moving on to Sims 3. I plan on selling all of my Sims 2 games
and checking out 3 as soon as I can.

I have been eating yogurt for a long time, since I was a kid in fact. I love it and it makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself. As many of you know yogurt has done some changes to it’s image, now they have added things to it to help your digestion, even though it always did anyway. The one I have tried is the yoplait plus and I love it. It really did help make me feel better.
In fact I have been having some stomach issues the last month or so. I couldn’t afford to splurge on yogurt but this weekend I was able to buy some, already after just 2 days I’m seeing a difference. It’s wonderful and I’m hoping that it will continue.
They have many different flavors, the one I like the most is vanilla. They also now have 2 new flavors Cranberry Raspberry and Blackberry Pomegrante . Both sound good, too bad my store doesn’t have them, at least not yet. You do have to like creamy thick yogurt to like this one though, so if you like yours not too thick you may not like this one.
Click here to get a $1 off coupon, you do have to print this, so make sure your store takes home printed coupons. Mine doesn’t so don’t feel bad if yours doesn’t either.

I love trying new types of coffee and one place that will allow me to do this is Boca Java. I love the selection of coffee they have and the fact that right now you can get $30 off an order of $150. I love when sites do things like this. $150 may be a lot to order but if your buying a gift for someone you can always add an order for yourself.
If your not into spending a lot of money you can take advantage of the $10 iTunes card offer, it only last 10 more days to act quickly. All you have to do is join their club and order 4 bags of coffee. I was a member for a few months until I ended up with too much coffee. I like flavored coffee, but my mom doesn’t so once I move and run out of coffee I think I will join up again.
