I hate to do this, but yesterday my laptop was stolen and right now I have a ton of things I have to do. I may not be able to post for a few days, but I am okay and hopefully I can get this all figured out.  I will of course make sure that all winners are announced on time for giveaways and try to keep up with everything else.

If your one of those last minute people you may want to start looking now. Yep tomorrow is mothers day and if you don’t have a gift you need to get one. I love having the internet because you can find great deals with fast delivery, like 1800Flowers coupons or even a great e-gift certificate that will be sent to her email. Saving you time, money and the phone call stating that the gift is in the mail.

Of course if your a crafty person and you mom loves that type of thing you could always make her something, but really unless your 13 or younger usually a crafty item is not appreciated and you would be better off just emailing her something. Of course you don’t have much time to figure out what to do. Of course you could always just take her to a very nice dinner and maybe to a movie or another event she will love, as long is it’s not sold out or you don’t need reservations.

Hopefully you procrastinators will think of something, while the rest of the people who got their gifts early are smiling and happy because they know that what they got their mother will love and will remember getting forever. Happy gift hunting!

Items related to our health always seem to be very expensive. I’m not sure why, but I think it has something to do with “we need them and they can do it” mentality that some businesses have. Luckily there are a few places out there where you can find a good deal on health related items. I have recently been looking at discount contact lenses as I need new ones but since I don’t have health insurance there is no way I can afford to pay full price for another year supply right now.

There are a few websites out there that offer discount lenses, Buy More Contacts is a new one I have seen along with a few others I’m sure you have heard about already. One thing I love about buying my contacts online is that I don’t have to worry about getting to the store/eye doctor to pick them up. The contacts are sent right to me. I love it and of course like everything else online it’s usually much cheaper then buying it at the store. I also like that when you shop online you usually have a better selection and you don’t feel like you have to decide what you want right then. It just makes life easier. How do you buy your contacts, online or offline?

I always am looking for a bargain and if you decided to look for a deal online you usually can find very good deals. I am always looking for deals on eyeglasses and I find them all over online. There are many websites that sell very inexpensive eyeglasses that you can order from most of them have great customer service and because it’s online it’s a lot cheaper then ordering them from your local eye doctor.

Now maybe you like the prescription glasses you already have, but what happens when those break? Maybe you have to wait to get the new ones or maybe you have to pay for them out of pocket and coming up with the money would be hard, but if you check out an online deal and buy a backup pair you won’t have to worry about losing or breaking your glasses, you will have a pair that you can use until the new one’s come in or until your insurance will cover a new pair.

Of course if your like me and don’t have insurance you may want to buy a cheap pair of glasses online because they are affordable. I have bought the last two pairs of glasses I own online and I’m very happy with them. I love that I can look though various websites, find a pair of frames I like and buy them all from the comfort of my own home, no pressure and no trip to the store.

Of coarse buying eyeglasses online does have a small downfall, you must have your correct prescription and a lot of extra information to order, but you can easily get this from your eye doctor and order your new glasses with ease and get them in a decent amount of time. Both of my orders took a little more then a week, of course this depends on what you get so check that out when your looking for your new glasses and have fun choosing a frame!

Right now the economy may still be in a bad place but one day the changes you make now will help you in the future. I do a lot of research into homes and what is hot and will be hot. One thing I love is adding a stainless steel sink to your kitchen. If you don’t already have one, you need to take a look at one. Not only are they very stylish and a hot trend, but they are easier to clean then most sinks and they last a long time.

We had stainless steel sinks in our old home and I miss them now. The sink we have is nice, but it stains very easily and just is a hassle to clean. Yes, it’s nice to have a sink that is flush with the counter, but when you have to spend more money on cleaning products it’s not worth that look.

Review:

If you love romance and history you will really love To Sin With A Scoundrel. I enjoyed the setting, the characters and the plot very much. The book finishes in a different way then you would think but at the same time you expect some of it. I personally love it when there are twist at the end of a story that make you think or wonder “where did that come from?”

This book is exactly that, it’s full of intrigue, romance and just is a very fun read. You really spend a lot of time wondering what will happen next. The characters are fun and you really want to learn more about them and you really end up loving their quirks and personalities.  This book is the first book in the circle of sin series and I’m really looking forward to reading the next book “To Surrender To A Rogue” which features two characters from this book: Lord James Jacquehart “Black Jack” Pierson and Marchesa Alessandra della Giamatti. I’m sure it also will be a fun read.

Now, I know your wondering what this really is all about. It’s a pretty cool program that allows you to not only call landlines and cell phones but you can use it with Skype and Google talk. I used it to make a call to my cell, just to try it. I thought the call was very clear and I had no problems connecting. What I really like about this program and the fact that it’s in beta means that they are going to listen to suggestions. I currently don’t have any, but maybe you do.

One other thing that’s pretty cool with them is that you can schedule a call, so if you know you need to make the same call every week at a certain time you can. This is handy for all of you people on unemployment! Now you don’t have to worry about missing that call and not getting the money you really need.

I love shopping online and if you read this blog regularly you know that. I love that I can find stores that are nowhere near my home and buy things from them. Yes I have to wait a few days, but most of the time it’s worth the weight and the best part is I can usually find coupon codes that will help me save a ton of money on top of it. I love free shipping codes because then you really are not out any money, I really love sites that allow you to buy so much and get free shipping because you useually can use another coupon code along with that to save even more.

I use sites like Offers.com and do searches to find my coupon codes. The things I buy the most online are electronics and clothing. Good plus size clothing is hard to find and usually what I like is sold out at my local store so I end up getting it online. I’m usually very happy with it too. I can only think of one time I was not and that is because I don’t like shiny things and this shirt was really shiny, but I could take it right back to my local store and get a refund. That part was very cool.

Do you like to read dark novels, maybe ones with a demon or two or three, how about throwing in an angel just for fun. Well, if this sounds intriguing to you keep reading as I will tell you a great tail of a demon who fell in love with an angel. Well I won’t tell you, you will have to read Ecstasy Unveiled to find out what happens, but I will tell you part of the story.

Lore is a demon half-breed who has been forced to be an assassin, Idess is an earthbound angel sworn to protect Lore’s target. They meet in a fight while lore is trying to kill his target, but instead of killing Lore Idess takes him to safety. Eventually she ends up kidnapping Lore and that is when Idess has to decide if loving a demon is worth the price she will have to pay.

The story has twist turns and of course is full of dark demons, sex and thrills. It’s not a book for someone who is shy about sex and it’s not a book for people who cant take a lot of action. I personally loved this book, I love stores about things we think exists but may not, and this story has all of it, yes there are more then just demons and angels there are vampires and werewolf’s too, and no it’s not some lame story about them either. In fact I loved this book so much that I will be picking up the other 3 books in the series soon. If your wondering those books are:

Having a baby is hard enough as it is. If your the women you feel tired all of the time. Your cranky and your getting fat and you hate it. If your the man your tired all the time your cranky and you don’t understand this “fat” thing.
