I have always wanted to try a sleep number bed. A friend of mine has one that I was able to check out the other day and I love it. Now I want one. They adjust to fit what you want, then the other side adjust to fit what your spouse may want. Of course if your like me and single you just adjust the bed to fit you over all. The best part is there are many discounted off brand mattresses that work well, so you don’t have to spend a lot of money on one of these things.

I have heard that the health benefits of these beds are great as you usually don’t wake up stiff and get a better nights rest then with a regular mattress. Of course I believe the testing is mostly based on couples. So maybe one won out over the other when it came to buying their mattress.

Everyone is saying it: Shop around for the best deals. Most people though do not and it’s really sad. In order to get the best deal you need to know what is out there. Now that doesn’t mean you have to switch companies or services but sometimes calling up your company and telling them that you have looked around is enough for them to lower your bill.

Lets use car insurance as an example. I always shop around for car insurance I have found for my needs that my company is usually cheaper, they also offer a discount to existing members when they renew. A year ago I shopped around and found that another company was around $10 a month cheaper then mine. I called my company up and talked to them, telling them I saw this price. They gave me a $15 a month discount just to keep my business. It works, now you go out there and see what deals you can find.

Prices for cruses have dropped tremendously over the last year. It seems that cruise lines will do almost anything to get and keep your business. Right now European cruises are at some of there lowest prices in years. You can visit places like Rome, Athens or England on a cheap cruise that will help you save money or have more spending money. Either way you win.

Personally I would love to to a cruise to the Mediterranean, I’ve always wanted to visit that area and most of my wanted stops are big ports so it would work. I also wouldn’t mind going on one of many European river cruises. If you were to take a cruise where would you go?

Even if your not planning on saving someones life, it may be a good idea to learn how to use an AED or Automated External Defibrillator system. You may also want to buy one for yourself if you work in a nursing home, school, work with a sports team or care for someone who may run a high risk of cardiac arrest. These are very helpful pieces of equipment, most people learn to use them in first aid classes.

They help by using electricity to get the heart going again. It’s simple and many can be used by average everyday people who have received some training. The device itself will help guide you though the process and the public systems are very simple to use and navigate, many have large screens and buttons to help keep even the most nervous person on task.

Just over a year ago I wrote a review on stainless steal soap. I received this soap by being a member of a cooking club and I was very excited to try it out. Now a year later I have to say I am very happy with this product. I used it this morning in fact and it took all of the smells off of my hands. It even works on pet smells, you know the smell you get when you have been petting your pet for a while.

I received the brand that you see to the right, but there are many more brands, sizes and shapes that you may like more. They do not cost a lot and so far I am very impressed with mine. Of course you will have to try it for yourself to see if you like it. If you cook a lot this could become your best friend.

We do not have a lot of time on our hands now, people are trying to keep up with bills, work and kids, if you have them. Because of this we are putting our health on the back burner and hoping that all will be okay. Well, now you don’t have to  sacrifice time to keep in shape, just put on a pair of Fitflops and your ready to tone and feel better without takeing time out of your day. These shoes are designed to make your leg muscles work harder, improving tone and trimming your legs. My personal favorite is the Electric Blue Fitflop. I just think the color can help perk you up when your feeling down. It’s also very sporty and fun.

Another cool aspect of these fitflops is that the Walkstar III fitflops have a map of a major city on them, right now there is a great contest going on where if you guess the city on your fitflop you can get a chance to win one of two weekend trips there! I love that idea myself and will probably look into buying these fit flops just to see if I win, okay I really want a pair anyway so it’s a bonus.
