Sometimes fitness can just be too much. We all deal with it, you think I’m going to get up and run today or I’m going to the gym, really I am, but the day goes by and you haven’t taken that run and you’re no where near a gym. It seems that most people who have curly hair want straight hair and people who have straight hair want theirs to be curly. I have curly hair and love it, I know I’m weird right? There are some times that I would like to have my hair straight like when I know I’m going to be somewhere windy. Curly hair tangles really bad. I also love how straightening my hair makes such a huge difference in my look.

Recently I was asked to review the KQC Professional Flat Iron. I thought that it would be fun to try out and I liked it a lot, but since I already reviewed one iron myself I got a friend of mine to try it out too. She was really happy with the results and I have included a before and after picture so you can see how well it worked on her hair.

What I love most about this Flat Iron is that you can choose the temperature you want. I know so many people who fry their hair because they can’t set the temperature. Fine hair doesn’t take as much heat to straighten where thicker hair may need a ton of heat to even come close to wavy.

Overall I have to say I love this straightener not only did it straighten both mine and my friends hair well, but it made is very soft and touchable. I would recommend this iron to anyone looking for a quality iron at a good price that will do everything you want it to, yes it also curls!

My Review of She’s Gone Country

This is really a very inspiring book. Shey and her three children are lovable and adorable characters that are real. They have real problems, real hurtles and feel just as we all do.  What I love most about this book is how it does resemble real life, with all of it’s twist turns and numerous surprises. This really is a great book for any women to pick up read and enjoy.

Sometimes you just really want to know what is going on in your home while you are away, maybe you have children that you want to make sure are behaving, maybe you live in an area where crime has increased and you want to keep your home safe. One way to do this is to have a Hidden Camera that will record what goes on in your home while you are gone or asleep. A camera is a great way to help you keep your home and kids safe, you could put the cool hidden camera clocks on a bookshelf. Put a camera behind a mirror or even outside in a inconspicuous area. You could also put them in a plant or behind a cabinet where it can still get a good view of the room.

Of course you may be the type of person who likes to play pranks and would use a spy camera to video tape these pranks and show people what your skills have accomplished. I love doing movie reviews, but since I haven’t had time or extra cash I have not gone to see many movies. Tonight I went and saw a pretty good one called The Expendables. This movie has everyone in it Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke and even a cameo by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Now I am a girl and this is a very guy movie. Though I loved the actors I have to say it wasn’t my favorite movie ever, there could have been a better storyline in it, though the explosions and fighting would probably make most men happy. If you love action and don’t care much for a plot then this is a good movie for you. There also is no nudity so it’s safe for young teens though the violence may make you think twice about letting your young ones see  it.

I love making money and I think the easiest way that I have made money so far is by selling some of my stuff when I wasn’t planning on selling it. There is an even easier way to make money though if you have an iPhone, Android or Blackberry. The service called WeReward is a great way to not only make some extra cash for yourself, but if you own a business it’s a great way to use local marketing to increase your customer base.

Some places offer just a few points for stopping in, others offer as much as 500 points to check in. Each point is worth a penny so thats $5 in your pocket just for doing something you already do. I love home improvement, but getting the tools you need can sometimes be expencive, stores like the Ace Hardware Superstore are handy but sometimes even they can be a little expensive. I have found checking around online for the tools you need is a great way to get your home improvement done quickly, eaisly and for a good price.

I shop online for everything I use in my home or things I may need to get the job done, like Wolverine Work Boots or hammers and nails. Yes I know most of the time you can find these things at your local store, but why spend that much if you don’t have to. I find great Discount Plumbing Supplies online and waiting a few days for it to get there is not usually a huge deal. Of course if it’s something you need right away you may not want to order online, but I still suggest you check for coupons to help you save money on what you buy
