100 Days of Christmas Gifts: Bedding For The Kids
Keep your kids warm and cozy this winter by getting them bedding that they will love. A great site I have run across is Brianna’s Bedding and Beyond a wonderful store with some great bedding for kids. The site is very easy to navigate and of course they have a great bedding selection so you’ll be sure to find a gift your children will love.
The site also has a great selection of other kids decor like baby mobiles, wall decor and personalized items. Really it’s almost a one stop shop for children’s gifts.
I have chosen a few of my favorites to show you. This is just a small sample of bedding available.

100 Days Of Christmas Gifts: Five For Fighting CD
I love music and getting music as a gift is always a great idea. I recently was selected by One 2 One Network to review the Download for the new Five For Fighting CD being released October 12th. I decided after listening to it that I needed to include this cd in my holiday gift guide. It’s a very good CD, now it’s good if you like this type of music so I’m not saying it’s something for everyone, but I think most people would like it. You probably have already heard Chances as it was the first single released from the album back in July.
From the Press Release:
If every album provides snapshots of where an artist’s mind at heart is at the moment, Slice, the latest offering from John Ondrasik (aka Five for Fighting), is a collection of digital jpegs and faded Polaroids. The album takes stories of friends, family and even American servicemen, and sets them to music shot through with the spirit of the great songs of his youth. It’s a diary, or a blog, in which Ondrasik speaks his mind about current issues, experiences and sentiments, while setting those thoughts to piano, bass and drums.
Album Tracklisting:
1. Slice
2. Note To The Unknown Soldier
3. Tuesday
4. Chances
5. This Dance
6. Above The Timberline
7. Transfer
8. Hope
9. Story Of Your Life
10. Love Can’t Change The Weather
11. Augie Nieto
The first song on this CD is probably my favorite and it’s also the albums title, Slice really touches on the world today and how it has changed over the years. It’s one of these songs that makes me want to go out and just drive around in my car, actually it makes me want to go find someone with a convertible to drive around with!
Also from the Press Release:
The title track, featuring Ondrasik’s soaring falsetto, comes from a daydream that we’ve all had at some point in our lives—that moment when we long for a simpler time when life seemed better and the songs were bigger. It’s a sly play on one of those grand songs, Don McClean’s “American Pie”: “There was a time a long, long time ago/Chevies and levies played on the radio/No cell phones just 20,000 lights, swaying on a Saturday night.”
The rest of the songs are also very good, they follow the same feel that Five for Fighting is known for, it’s music that you can feel good about playing no matter who is in the room. John Ondrasik’s voice is very unique, he has talent and it shows in his songs. There is something about how he sings that makes you feel what the song is about, be it a person, a time or a place.
I also love that this is available for pre-order on Amazon.com and will be a download on iTunes. So if you want the actual CD it is available or you can download it to your computer or iPod.

100 Days Of Christmas Gifts: The Grocery Bag
Many people are looking to save time and money right now. Did you know that some stores offer shoppers a discount if they use there own shopping bag? I love the idea and I think a great gift would be a personalized shopping bag for your friends. You could even make it better by including coupons or a gift certificate to the shoppers favorite store.
I order most of my things from vista print and they have great deals on tote bags that you can personalize for your giftee. I personally love the deluxe size because you can fit more into it. The best part is the more you buy the cheaper the bags are so if you plan it right you can order 2 for a few people and pay less then $10 per bag.
This is a great gift for someone who is environmentally aware and loves to shop. I think that describes most people right now.

Time To Start Christmas Shopping
Yes I said it, it’s scary, but I use to work in retail and this is the time that they start thinking about Christmas and the shopping season. Right now with the economy I know many people are not going to be spending much at all this Christmas so finding unique gifts at a good price is something everyone is looking for. Today I have an interesting idea and deal for you right now you can get $10 off any 12 month prepaid club sign-up! Code: GMC$10 at gourmet monthly club.
There are many different types of clubs you can choose from like the cheese club where Cheese Club members get 3 different 12 lb. gourmet cheeses monthly. or you can choose from the beer club, the wine club, the cigar club or the flower club where Flower of the Month Club members get a beautiful seasonal bouquet each month.
Monthly clubs like these are a great way to get gifts for an entire family that they can enjoy all year. It’s perfect for business associates or even your sisters family that lives on the other side of the country. They are also great to give to an elderly person who may not be able to get out and get these things. I’m sure grandma would love to get flowers every month and grandpa may love the beer or cheese.

Countess Of Scandal Book Review and Giveaway
I received this book from Forever Romance because of my membership at Book Blogs. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The story really starts a few years later when Eliza, now a widow, and William meet again and they start to remember how they felt about each other. The problem is Eliza is very involved in the revolution and William is still an English redcoat. The story tells a journey of love and survival during a time that is so uncertain. It’s a fun and thought provoking book even though it really is just meant to entertain.
